We provide and set up all of the diagnostic equipment. We hire, train, and employ the sonographer and additional tech.
There is no need for any of your clinic staff to be involved in the HG Analytics program other than placing patients who are interested in the schedule if they ask, and scheduling a follow-up with the provider. We place a scheduler who schedules patients also.
The type of patients that are eligible for the HG Analytics Advanced Physicals are patients with Commercial Insurance between 18 and 64 years old. Patients do not need a pre-existing condition, but all comorbidities will be taken into account. We have many factors that qualify a patient for our program.
The contract with HG Analytics is five years, although there is no cancellation fee after the first two years of the partnership.
The HG Analytics program requires two to three rooms for a total of at least 300 square feet.
Clinics are launched on a first-come, first-served basis. It typically takes 6-8 weeks to launch your clinic, but if there are clinics in front of you with signed contracts, it may take longer, given our current pipeline to launch.
HG Analytics will invoice your clinic weekly.
